Job Description

Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities:
  • Seek new customers and customer opportunities
  • Leading a sustainable and predictable sales business that delivers success
  • Building and growing strong customer and partner executive relationships to earn their trust and loyalty
  • Driving integration and orchestration across all sales/tech sales/marketing/services/public tenders organizations since the start of the contact until the signature of the projects
  • Develop strong relationships at all levels within the customer organization, as well as with distributors
  • Prepare complete, clear and convincing technical and commercial proposals
  • Ensuring the execution and follow-up of the projects
  • Tracking the new keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Ensure minimum annual employee turnover ratio in the department
  • Helping the Marketing department in developing Industry tailored presentations
  • Mentor and develop the team, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team
Your sales skills need be unrivaled, but it also helps if you have:
  • At least 5 years previous leadership experience
  • Sales experience in the industry preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A confident and determined approach
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • A competitive streak
  • Applicant must be fluent in Arabic
