The event is organized annually to encourage prudence and stability in Africa’s banking sector by recognizing, awarding and celebrating exemplary performance.

The Banking Awards in its 13th annual celebration were based on the theme that not only focused on financial stability and growth of the banks but also on how the banks have embraced corporate governance best practices, products and systems innovation, education as well as engaging in sustainable social projects

Mr. Sadiq Hassan Stated ‘It is a pleasure to be a part of the Banking Awards Africa to witness an amazing performance by the leading banks of Kenya.
