Chapidze Heart Center (CHC) is situated in Tbilisi installs Wavetec’s patient flow management system to enhance its customer experience. Chapidze Heart Center is Georgia’s leading heart hospital and offers a comprehensive range of services.

This project consists of a touch screen ticketing kiosk, digital signage solutions which are integrated with Wavetec’s state of the art EQMS system.

The patient flow management system installed at Chapidze Heart Center now makes it possible for the staff and doctors to optimize service processes, resulting less patient wait and service time. Before implementation of the system the Hospital could serve up to 70 patients per day. According to the latest data this number has now climbed over 200.
